About Solar Flair
Solar Flair Plc is an Irish Company which has been incorporated to take advantage of the long-term market opportunities presented by the transformational change taking place in European energy markets.
Solar Flair’s management team has been involved in solar asset management since 2012.
The Team has developed considerable knowledge and experience and a strong track record in delivering the financial, technical and legal due diligence required to acquire solar assets and actively manage them in the best interest of investors.
OUR INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE
Solar Flair is seeking to raise equity of €20 million in 2022, with a view to acquiring solar assets in Europe to generate sustainable investment returns in excess of 6% IRR annually.
The Directors believe that given the significant increase in energy prices and the attractiveness of green solar energy there is an excellent investment opportunity for strong income generation in the coming years. (since 2021 solar energy prices have gone from 6 cents per Kwh to 23 cents per Kwh).
It is anticipated these prices will be maintained well into 2022 and will eventually settle to around 10 cents per Kwh in 2023 and beyond.)
