Investment Opportunity
Solar Flair is seeking to raise equity of €20 million in 2020, in addition to which, the Company will seek to secure credit facilities to enable it to leverage its energy producing solar asset acquisition programme to accelerate anticipated income streams.
Investing
The minimum investment sought is €50,000 per investor. The total number of investors is restricted to 149. 100% of the amount subscribed will be allocated to investors with the issue of 20 million Ordinary Shares with nominal value of €0.001 each at a price to be determined by the Board on the conclusion of the funding round.

Directors & Founders
Joe Whelan
Joe is a qualified Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute in London and commenced his career with Irish Life in 1972. He served in senior management positions in Irish Life and as Policy Servicing Manager he had responsibility for administration and claims in respect of Irish Life’s UK and Ireland operations. In 1989 he moved from Irish Life and joined NZI Life as Investment Director and Administration Manager. In 1992 he set up FIMC Limited, which specialises in delivering services to product producers (financial institutions) and the independent broker market in Ireland. Joe has held a number of senior positions on the Council of the Insurance Institute of Ireland, the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and the QFA Board, which oversees standards for financial advisors in Ireland. Joe served as President of the Insurance Institute of Dublin during the 1999-2000 millennium session. He is well known and respected within the financial services industry. His business network is at senior executive and CEO levels throughout the industry. Joe is also currently a Director of 2 existing solar investment funds that have been in operation since 2012 and 2014 respectively. During this period he has amassed an in-depth strategic knowledge and understanding of the solar industry and its future strategic role in addressing climate change and delivering clean energy to energy markets.
Michael Marsh
Michael Marsh is a senior actuary working in Ireland and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in Ireland. He is Assistant Professor in Actuarial Mathematics at Dublin City University and operates a consulting actuarial business. Michael specialises in Actuarial Risk Management and the design and management of financial projects. The knowledge and experience that Michael gained from his experience at Dublin City University has enabled him to develop his expertise in assessing and managing financial projects. He has been able to apply his knowledge and experience particularly to investment projects such as those that Solar Flair Plc is considering. He has extensive experience in actuarial consulting and is regarded as a leading actuary in family law practice in Ireland. Michael’s work experience is principally as a pension’s actuary. He gained his experience in Mercer Ireland, Prudential Life of Ireland and Aon Consulting. He managed the Dublin office of Aon Consulting and gained considerable management experience there. Michael is a director of Solar Flair plc and Solar Sunfields 4 plc, which is an existing solar investment management company that has been in operation since 2014.
